Olive Young下单需知

Olive Young provides variety of offers that are [time limited] and [stock limitied].

• If you wish to place an order, please place your order as soon as possible to prevent any out of stock situation 请尽快下单，以避免缺货情况
• We will order every Olive Young items as soon as you complete your payment. However, there will still have some possibility that the Olive Young team will cancel the item due to high demand and hot sales item, especially during hot sales offer period. Hence, please place your order as early as possible to reduce the chance of being cancelled by Olive Young 下单和汇款之后我们会在当晚直接和OY下单，但偶尔也会遇到下单了被退款的情况，是因为OY仓库缺货。并不是说，我们在OY app买得到，就100%不会被退款哦～不过放心，这样的情况比较少见，通常很促销/大促的话几率就会比较大。
• We do not accept rush order, as we are unable to push the OY team to ship our parcel prior than others, plus OY usually has a lot of global orders to go through 急单着请不要下单，避免照成购物不愉快哦～OY商品我们从app下单之后一律都得等OY发货给我们，加上他们不接受催单。
• OY sales items are very competitive, as the items can out of stock just within few minutes. Most of the times, OY will limit the order quantity for each account. Hence, we do not accept "holding" policy, only accept 'first come first serve' policy 货量有限，有时我们也会被限制购买，所以先下单汇款先得，不接受口头/熟客保留，公平购物哦🛒
• Close order: everyday 8pm 截单时间：每天8pm
